Seven Step's selection was a reflection of our growing relationship with IBM, and the increasing level of value we have been able to provide to them. IBM was Seven Step’s charter client, in 2007.
Initially, we developed
custom recruitment training programs for IBM recruiters working in offshore locations. Then, after proving ourselves with the success of that early engagement, we began to take on more traditional RPO projects for IBM as well.
Today, Seven Step continues to develop
recruitment training and services for IBM’s offshore recruiting teams, and we provide end-to-end
RPO solutions whenever IBM’s business requires a high level of recruitment expertise.
